Terrence L Pounds is an author, entrepreneur, educator, coach, mentor, options trader, ordained minister, and creator of The Operator System. His work brings together business, publishing, poker, trading, and the decisions that shape a life.

Throughout his life, Terrence has built and led businesses in automotive sales, telemarketing, retail, branded consumer products, financial education, and media. His ventures have included Vaporworld, CBD 4 Real, and Hemp 4 Real. Working with customers, teams, products, and money taught him how systems, discipline, people, and risk affect long-term outcomes.

As a coach, mentor, and educator, he has spent years helping people recognize their potential, develop practical skills, and approach change with structure and purpose. He has taught business, cryptocurrency, and stock-options education, drawing from his successes, losses, and experience as an active entrepreneur and trader.

In poker, The Operator Series is planned as a seven-volume educational collection. Volume 1, How to Play No-Limit 4-Card Omaha: How to Be the House, is published. The teaching goes beyond the cards to pattern recognition, risk, understanding people, protecting resources, and thinking from the House Perspective.

Million Dollar Wins, Million Dollar Losses draws on real trading experience, including both gains and losses. The Operator Decision System develops the shared decision framework. Write, Publish, and Launch From Your Phone brings that approach into writing, directing AI, preserving files, and carrying a book through publication.

Family & publishing

Terrence is a devoted husband to Michelle, his partner in life and business, a father of nine, and a grandfather of seventeen and counting. Family, responsibility, and the work they are building together remain central to his purpose.

Michelle Pounds founded Boss WORLD Publishing, the publishing house behind the books. Together, they are building a catalog that gives each subject its own identity while connecting the work through The Operator System.

Faith & service

As an ordained minister, Terrence’s faith in the MOST HIGH YAH informs his purpose, his responsibility to his family, and the work he continues to do on himself. Through Truth Ministries Global, service has included preparing and sharing food with people experiencing homelessness.
